Fill in the Blanks

For Sorting click on Fill in the blank 1 of 1 button in the Paragraph Group.

Click on Fill in the blank 1 of 1 option, When you want to sort according to the Second Field.

We can use Fill in the blank 1 of 1 Then by options.

We choose Fill in the blank 1 of 1 option, if separator field is space.

We use Fill in the blank 1 of 1 option in “my list has”, if have no heading at our list.

We will use Fill in the blank 1 of 1  in Sort By of Sort Text dialog box. If we want to sort list by means of surname.
